Salvadorans Returning Home Boost Property

This is great that people are sending money home.

We have had people blame foreigners moving here for raising property prices. Sure, that might be happening as demand increases. But we have experienced the following first hand.

Salvadorans living overseas are having FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) and buying property sight unseen and just paying asking prices. That type of behavior is definitely setting expectations and increasing prices.
